Through our ambition to offer the best customer service in the gas connections industry, we decided asking for feedback from customers and publishing them on our own website wasn’t enough. We wanted to show our customers that our reviews were genuine, honest and  uncensored. So, in September 2013 we set up a Trustpilot account. Trustpilot is one of the largest and prominent review portals in Europe.

In the 9 months we’ve been using the service, we’ve invited more than 500 customers (who’s works we have successfully completed) to leave a review. 100 customers have taken the time to write a review and most are very positive which is brilliant to see. We’re currently rated 9.1 out of 10, and Trustpilot awards our service ‘excellent’ based on scores given by our customers. In fact 95% of customers give us a 4/5 or 5/5 rating which is really pleasing and rewarding for the 1Gas team.

We’re not complacent though, and we continually try to offer the best service we can. We know that customers will keep coming if we deliver quality service consistently and that’s what we try to do. We look forward to reaching 200 reviews!
